At The Horror Dome Store, we dispatch horrors worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote regions) to haunt your doorstep. Here’s how we deliver your nightmares:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We’ll send a tracking number once your order ships from our haunted warehouse.
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx for $12.95. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, using EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or unforeseen supernatural events. Tracking is provided for all orders to help you monitor your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If the terror doesn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unopened condition within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction with our animatronic creatures, alien props, and gory decorations is our top priority.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our horrifying trade, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used masks (e.g., Alien Masks, Classic Monster Masks, Clown Costumes) for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized animatronics and props
  • Intimate items that cannot be resold for safety reasons
  • Bloody/Gory Props removed from original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange. Do not proceed without our guidance—lost items may vanish into the void!
